He is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Computer Engineering, Lorestan University, Khorramabad, Iran. He is the head of Lorestan CSIRT (Computer Security Incident Response Team). His research interests include Cyber Security, User Authentication, Cyber Security Incident Management, Cryptography, and Security Penetration Testing. He received master degree in the field of Information Security from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), Malaysia. Afterward, he received a full scholarship to conduct his Ph.D. in the field of Computer Network Security at Malaysia-Japan International Institute of Technology (MJIIT). He started his Ph.D. at Communication Systems and Networks iKohza, which was a research group based on the Japanese education system at MJIIT in 2012. During his Ph.D., he received another grant from Japan Student Services Organization (JASSO) to complete part of his Ph.D. research at Sakurai-lab, Kyushu University, Fukuoka, Japan. After that he finished his Ph.D. in 2015, where he received a Certificate of Excellence, Merit Thesis Award for the quality of my research, and the Best Student Award for the year 2016. After completion of Ph.D., he became a member of Iran National Elites, which is the highest prestige membership for science talents in Iran. He completed his Post doc at the Department of Information Security, Iran Telecommunication Research Center, Tehran, Iran as a part of the project supported by the Iran National Elite Foundation (Bonyad Melli Nokhbegan).
