She is a Professor in Industrial Engineering at Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 (UNTAG) Surabaya, Indonesia. Her research focuses on industrial engineering, operations research, performance evaluation, and decision support systems, with particular expertise in Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) and its advanced approaches, including Principal Component Analysis–DEA (PCA-DEA), Variable Combination Strategy–DEA (VCS-DEA), and the Stepwise Modeling Approach (SMA). Her research has been widely applied to manufacturing industries, micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), tourism, construction, mining, fisheries, utilities, and other strategic sectors. She has published extensively in international journals, book chapters, conference proceedings, and academic books, while actively serving as an international keynote speaker, conference chair, guest editor, reviewer for reputable international journals, and reviewer of international book chapters. Her academic contributions also include intellectual property rights (IPR), international collaborations, and community engagement projects that promote sustainable industrial development, circular economy, blue economy, digital transformation, and innovation for MSMEs. Through her research, publications, and international academic activities, she continues to contribute to the advancement of industrial engineering and sustainable socio-economic development at both national and international levels.
